I would like to ask your opinions on press release.
Do you think it will be a big help in gaining more traffic for your site?
And is it OK to go for free submission rather than paid?

if you have the budget then i go for paid inclusion as most pr are listed/indexed as well on google news like sbwire and prweb among others, it will help you gain more traffic.
