Started this when i had a bit of free time but after that i never gave it that much attention.

Content:
Been adding regular content for the last year or so. Content added in the last 1 to 1.5 years have been written for the site by couple of writers who were hired by me. Recent content have also been added by a writer who writes for another site of mine.

I have added few guest posts here and there, but for the last 3 months no guest posts have been accepted.

Design:
The design is unique and designed by Miner (famous for his Vbulletin Skins).

Revenue:
Site runs Adsense and Valueclick Media.
Revenue for May 2013 is about $14 only.
No promotion = minimal revenue.

Traffic:
May 2013 had a total of 1,389 visits.

Why Selling:
Clearing out unwanted sites rather than letting them idle.

How Much:
$500
Frankly, the price that i have quoted is primarily for the design, domain name and the content added.

Misc:
The domain is with Godaddy.
Payments via PayPal.
