I bought the site in early Aug 2005 from the sales thread below:

Revenue details:
The site has two revenue sources.
1. From the display of Adsense ads – The ads on the site have not been optimised in any way and are currently earning less than $1 a month. The site previously had higher revenue but unfortunately I have been neglecting the site.
2. From paid image hosting clients. There are currently 449 members one of these members is on a Silver Plan and paying $3.95 per month on a PayPal subscription.

Script
The script that drives the site costs $295 from http://www.ktools.net/
Ownership of the script comes with the domain name and there are no transfer issues. kTools confirmed this to me when I purchased the site.
Preferred Sales / Payment Process
Payment via PayPal
Half Payment up Front
I give Buyer full access to the hosting account and the site admin area
Buyer makes second half of payment
I push the ImagePop.com domain to your Enom account
Please note that I don’t always get online as often as I’d like so some of my responses may be a little slow.
Just to clarify - When I stated in the first post that I hadn't time for the site I meant that I had not got time to promote it and develop it to its full potential. I have not advertised the site in any way. Actual day to day running the site takes no time at all.
