domain Premium Host .com

Looking for opinions on value of this domain, premium host .com (no spaces). I also own the .net. I'm considering either developing this or letting it go if the value is high enough.

Very nice name; I think appraisers here are kind of slow to respond due to a few factors; economy is keeping people from bidding top dollar... and this is a 'wide-swing' name; Undeniably attractive to anyone wanting a killer hosting name to develop some hosting business model... but very wide swing to appraisals. Might have a hard time selling it for $2K, or you might get motivated buyers taking it to low or mid xx,xxx, though I think that is wildly optimistic and unrealistic.
Personally I'd appraise, with a grain of salt:
reseller = $1500 - 3K
end user = 2K - 6K, though potential to go much higher if they totally love it.

I may be way off but it's a sober start I think

Ya to further the discussion, its really all about the person who starts bidding. It could go for x,xxx or more for the right person. But honestly idk how long it will take to find that buyer.

Competitive market with many different domain options, your domain is solid though, but hosting domains just don't fetch the dollars they once did. upto 2k for reseller , and I would say right end user maybe upto 5k
