I noticed some extremely premium .ca 's appear to be selling at bargain prices

There have been several higher sales in tbr drops some not reported in the 30k range.

As well as I am aware of several sales (private) in the 50-100k class and the largest I know of is 135k but all these are private and confidential.

There have been several 30k + sales in the TBR and I'm aware of several private sales between 50-100k. The largest I know of is 135k. I have heard of one slightly larger but bluntly I don't believe the source he's full of BS most of the time.
