.co sales are on the rise, I mean if you look at a couple of examples of .co sales:

Dating.co $30K
Home.co $20K
Bark.co $19K
Radio.co $15K

I don't think the extension is too bad at all. As long as you have a decent key word you could be looking at a healthy figure.

Dating / Home / Radio. Those are amazing terms.

As a real estate keyword "Premises" is no Homes, Houses, etc.

Keyword + extension = low value.

I agree, this is not a good keyword....and the .CO doesnt help it either

Dont compare those names to Premises

The only reason why the .CO domain got some popularity is because it is a typo of .COM, so I do not see any real value here other than trapping the mistyping traffic from the .COM version.
