It would be impossible to give even 1 actual PR9 link for $5, it would be worth hundreds of dollars to rent monthly.

To the OP, what is the mix of dofollow/nofollow ratio? Nofollow links are easy to get from high PR sites, so how many dofollow links will we be actually getting?
