I only see a handfull of backlinks too, and those article pages your showing wont get indexed very well,, there are 1000's of sites that have that exact same content.

It's misspelled, has "net" at the end......I can't find more than 15 results for "succeschoolnet" on google, and they're all about either the domain expiring, or doing a domain name whois lookup.

Unfortunately, I'd value it at $0. Maybe I don't know something about the domain, but that's what I think.

What you suggest to do with the name?

What, spam? I was responding to your question. You asked how to hold the PR, and I told you it doesn't matter if you hold it or not, because its fake.

As for what to do with the domain, I'd say let it drop.
