I like it, I'd say high $XX because of the PageRank associations. Only problem is, PageRank 3 is pretty low, so it's not particularly alluring in that regard!!! I'd really develop it if I were you, it's hot

Turn it in to a directory with the free script from phplinkdirectory.com and then accept only min PR3 sites to be included in the directory and then after six months put it up for sale... You can get a good price for it then..
