Established PR2 Travel Site with PR inner pages taking offers

Domain is (almost) 2 years old, registered at GoDaddy untill Feb. 2009
Site is (almost) 1 year old

The site has a PR2 index page and 3 PR1 inner pages.

After the initial period I had no more time to promote it in a full way; for this reason it keeps on having a trend of 60 uniques/months since a bunch of months.

You can make this kind of sum:

"PR2 domain price" + 3x("PR1 domain price") + "2 y.o domain & 1y.o. site added value" + "its small traffic added value" = "expected range".

Currently I've got a $50 offer, that was - now I can say it - my reserve price.

So, reserve has been met with a $50 offer. Does anybody's offering for more ?

For as regards stats, as said in the OP, after having stopped promoting it because of lack of time, the site's got a constant trend of about 60 uniques/month.
Rev are minimum, so please assume no revenue for this site.
