The template of this site is completely custom designed - you will not see it anywhere else. Makes use of the wordpress content management system although it is not meant to allow comments. As of this post, there are 18 ghost stories posted and 24 more scheduled stories (2 a day until the end of November).
Assume no traffic and revenue. Adsense or affiliate banner can easily be integrated into the template by changing the "left" div on header.php.
After all of the work I put into this site I cannot allow it to go for any less than $40 so let's start the bidding there.
