When domains delete does the page rank also delete back to 0?

It doesn't immediatly,But will if the new owner doesn't get it deved or parked real quick,The more the name is shown as not found,The quicker it loses it's PR.So in reging and getting the most out of a PR name,Development or content parking is crucial.keeping links to the name is a must to keep the PR

IMO, this is the key regardless of content. I've had domains that were dormant for almost a quarter of a year but still keeps their real PR's... PR power from the active (strong backlinks) linked to PR6,7,8's index.
