Sometimes it doesnt show the pr, so i have to refresh again... or click a link

I find this strange, or is all the theories about building as many backlinks as possible plain wrong?! I have a website with 1 page and 1 backlink (from a PR0 website until this recent update), and the site went from PR0 to PR4!

Can anyone explain?

that was one very good update :D

Awesome, a couple of my websites went from PR0 to PR4 and PR5. Great result i'd say, shame a few of my smaller end websites didnt go up.

content does affect PR. its how many inbond links that affects PR the most

Its because you put the http:// in it. It shows you went from a PR3 to a PR 2 when i type it.

Backlink was from a single PR0 page and surprising it did receive traffic from SEs. It's based on a newly created IM and the traffic's just about 4/day.
