As per Auction Forum Rules reserve price auctions are not permitted. All auctions must start at the lowest amount you are willing to accept for the domain name.

Also, all auctions are required to have a clear end date and time (ex: 4/09 at 8pm pst or "48 hours after a final bid is placed)
