Established PR 4 Ringtone site

This is my ringtone site iv been developing for some time now, well I am selling it because I am needing the money for new websites. The website also has a google page rank of 4

The website doesnt get a huge amount of traffic, it gets around 30+ uniques a day, it used to be getting around 80+ but the site went down for a bit and lost some traffic.

This site has also been making money on google ads and ads from other websites, not a considerable amount, over $150+ (can show some proof on request)

When you buy the website it comes with everything on their including the ringtones and design.

There is also another theme for the website which I have enclosed a picture of, I have yet to setup this on my website but have all the images ready.

When did it go down? And when did it go back up again? Also, Why did it go down? How many ringtones are on the site? How much income from ringtone sales?

Good questions, Right the site has about 4,000 ringtones. As for when the site went down it was around the middle of Feb this year but was only down for about 2 weeks, it was due to the server I was on was having problems with the mysql databases so I decided to take it down while the problem was resolved. Profit wise, I was selling ad space to a few other related sites and also google ads have made over $115 and the google ads havent been up that long. As for ringtone sales I dont sell the ringtones per download as most of the ringtones have been contributed by the users and also bought from a old ringtone site which no longer exist run by a friend of mine. So the ringtones are given out free (ofcourse you could do some minor alterations and make people pay for subscription) But what I have decided to do on the site is let people download a full .zip package with all the ringtones for a small price (mainly to cover the bandwidth) I liked to try and keep the site as a proper free ringtone site but of course if you decide to buy it you can do what the hell you like with it.
