- $200 to $250 per month income from the banner ads (Ca 25.000 banner impressions per day)

- Somewhere between 750 and 1000 visitors (uniqie) per day

I would give the domain name ONLY - "searchy.net" pretty low marks ... Reg. fee - $45+ (wholesale), IMHO. I think it's cute, but almost too much so, and potential confusion with "searchie", as I see (and hear) it.
However, you've also mentioned some stats (indeed ranked #2 at Google, established traffic, and revenue generated from banner ads, etc).
This is where its value will come from, of course.
If it's generating $2,500 per year currently, I don't think I'd sell it ... rather, I'd expand upon that base. If you were to sell, as is, you would likely negotiate at a certain factor times this revenue of an amount of years, say 2.5/3.0 x $2,500 = $6,250+. This "factor" will be based on your specific industry standard and/or based on recent similar sales ... I would recommend researching this specific topic further, IMHO.

I should add/edit ... the "revenue" that I mentioned above being factored could also be the "net income" or "cash flow", as well. Unveiling further research will give you a model to base this factorization, IMHO. Different industries or services have different and varying factors and "benchmarks".
