Can anyone please answer my question?

I'm interested to know what determines the $/click you get on the PPC sites. Is it specific to the KEYWORD or specific to the AD? For example, if my keyword is "mortgages" then will the $/click be the same regardless of which ad is clicked on? Or, does the keyword just determine what type of ads go up and each one may have a different $/click?

$/clicks depends on advertisers and country of origin showing the ads.
