PowerRoofingAndConstruction.com - quite ok and descriptive, but long. Probability of resale very slim, if that happens then low-mid XXX.

WarnerHeatingAndAir.com - I feel no value in it - unless end user named Warner would be seriously dedicated to get domain with Heating and Air keywords in it..chances of that happening very very small

HoustonEmergencyServices.com - EmergencyServices would be very nice, but putting any prefix to id drags it value and probability of resale drastically down - prefix "Houston" limits this beautiful connection only to end users from Houston - if the sale happens, then mid XXX-lowXXXX from serious end user.
