Powerful Developer Needed

I am in need of a developer that knows HTML, PHP, CSS, MYSQL, and anything else needed to get my project completed.

I am in need of a paid to click script similar adbux.org, but I don't want the same. I want some similar features + some of my own ideas. I own the adbux script so you can just adjust/addd to it without having to make a brand new one. *MUST* know webdesign as well. I WANT A FULL SITE
