Power Wealth (dot) com -- Appraisal?

I've had it for over 12 years now and have gotten requests to sell it about once a year but I've never been willing to sell it. Nowadays, it is less important to me and I'm open to selling it.

Any thoughts on possible market value?

The biggest issue is Power Wealth dot com - it doesn't necessarily flow well. Not that it's useless, but I personally do not feel it'd be worth any type of premium.
