I have a 4 letter dot com domain and there is a French website with the same 4 letters but with the extention dot fr.
At the bottom of their website it has the 4 letters plus the symbol and 2016.
Where do I stand in trying to sell my domain to this business?

If you own the company with the name $HIT.com would you buy the name $HIT.fr from someone else or would you sue them and get the name for free because they are CyberSquatter.
