Possible hacker in MSN

Hi there,

I was on msn messenger earlier and i have my wee sisters address on my account and it said she was online although i had her sitting on my knee beside me. i quickly logged in and i saw this unusual address that me or my sister have never seen before. I think it was a hacker but im not sure how he got into my sisters account who is only 10 so i wanna protect her as much as possible.

Is there anyway to report this?

The best thing you could do is first scan your pc with an anti virus (making sure it is updated) then do it with comething like adaware (can be downloaded free if you do not already have it, if you do make sure again this is updated). Also ensure that your operating system is fully updated.

Once you are sure you have no viruses or key loggers change the password on the msn account and delete any contact that are unknown.

Also ensure msn is set up so that and messages from people not in the contact list are blocked.
