I do live in a great neighborhood.
If you check the dictionary for the definition of Hottie you will see that it means "a sexually attractive person", thus it could be male or female. I do know women who call attractive guys Hotties.

of course a hottie can be a guy too, but i think the most sucessful angle on this would be men that are rich looking for "hottie" women.
