Likewise, I agree with most everyone, one seems alot better, however, if you added more content in the middle on number two, therefore lowering the bottom bar of number two, I think it would look MUCH better.

This one looks good also .. You might want to improve your navigation a little.. it's too big and in my personal opinion black is not the right color to use on that site.
