Yup, I agree. Just a UDRP waiting to happen. Try to get your money back if you can and stay away from trademark domains.

I didn`t say I get 1,000,000 visitors/day ,I said this keyword gives me 2,000 visitors/day if I reach 1st position in Google, as I checked is it possible because there is low competition for that keyword in Google.

I read Porsche complain about similar domain "porshe.com" ,in that case owner of porshe.com redirected visitors to kind of casinos websites etc. and think therefore they make an complain. But if I run Porsche hobbyst website is it still forbidden ?

Back in the early days of the internet you had people making typo's of all kinds of famous companies...so much so that now it is illegal...drop this domain or surrender it to Porsche immediately.

If you don't they could sue you for thousands and they would be right to do so.

Face facts here, if you owned the Ferrari company and someone registered Farrari.com and squatted on your famous brand that you had spent millions developing, wouldn't you be pissed if they were making money off your domain and giving you a bad reputation?

Delete it ASAP, it is worth nothing as no one who is white hat will want the legal battle.

The ONLY way around a lawsuit is to get legal permission in writing from the trademark holder to become a recognised dealer of the car...and even then it could take many months to finalise the paperwork.

I am wondering why registrars like Godaddy sells that type of domains if it is forbidden, I think trademark owners should send complain to the registrars wich selling that kind of domains not buyers ...

I think having them is not a crime, if I run hobbyst website (non commercial), I advertise the Porsche for free right. Using them in bad faith is a crime, bu I don`t.

A few years ago I registered a Porsche domain, I got a letter from the fine folks at the Porsche legal dept. They told me if I chose to do anything with the name or tried to resell it, they would sue me for Cybersquatting. Not worth it in my opinion.
