Oh btw, If one can create a popup script/code that is NOT blocked at all by Mozilla and IE your offer of $50 is ofcourse way too low... My guess is about 3 or 4 zero's too low

Probably Flash would be able to do that indeed. But that's not really practical IMHO. I'm still trying to figure out how experts-exchange do it. It only shows once each session (cookie). So, I think they understand the power of their trick

I believe Firefox can block these.
You're best bet for an unblockable pop-up would be a JavaScript generated div-layer that shows on the actual page for a numer of seconds (or with the option of being manually closed, or both).

According to him, he wants an unblockable pop-UNDER not popup. This is impossible. However, he said this AFTER I delivered a product to him.
I coded the unblockable popup per his specs, and he didn't pay up. I do not recomend doing business with him.
