Your main problem is going to be finding a market for that domain. Most law firms are named from the lead partners. So, a law firm would most likely not want that domain. It could be used for a lawyer search tool, but there are already lots of those out there.
Based on the above factors and the length of the name, I would say you could expect regfee to low xxx for the domain undeveloped.
2 million for attorney.com? A big law firm wouldn't even pay that kind of dough for that domain. Probably could get $50-100,000 for attorney.com though.
