Just did a quick G search and over 10,000 results for what, at 1st glance, appears to be a so-so acronym. All the G results were perfectly targeted for the game.

Don't sell the domain (unless you get at least $xxx) ... build a community portal around it (forums, etc.) ... games are good $ subjects for advertising revenue.

I searched "mohsh" on google and it returned up with more than 10k results. I don't know whats mohsh berlin but that was on top of results. The game you mentioned was on second number of google results. I'd say it has excellent development potential. Mid $xx to High $xx as is now

Also the site has about 600+ members, and +/- 150 downloads.
