Pop Up Windows

How do I have it so that my website shows up as a pop-up window. Lately people ahve complained about some of my sites getting messed up in higher resolution screens so I'd rather skip all that and make a pop up window at a fixed size

Pop-ups are bad dude. Try to fix your html, don't go to pop-ups for a solution. But if you really need to do a pop up window, here is a link that will help you out.

Agreed. Popups = terrible idea. The best thing to do is to learn to develop sites that are compatible with all resolutions. You can do this by either making all your stuff to fit about 775 pixels and centered, or make all your tables expandable out to 100% and based mostly on cell background colors with just a few images to round out table corners, etc.
