Pomogi is "help" in imperative in Russian, like "help me". What a mess...

 

Appears to be an expired GD auctions sale from tucows inventory, previously owned by Lenta.Ru (as per available whois) and previously regged through tucows reseller Verio Inc (as per tucows own thin whois). The transfer to GD is not finished yet, so it hard to say who purchased it and for what purpose. I may be missing something here, but, imho, the buyer overpaid (if it was 12K in real hard cash actually spent).
