It could be used for an App or a full blown SaaS solution for elections, ratings, etc. There are services out there already but there are always opportunities to innovate. I watched a pitch to investors yesterday for TopVote which also encompasses opt in automation and GDPR compliance. It really comes down to how the person/company buying the name would use it.
