.hotel .web etc are gTLDs with no geographic focus, so they will have virtually zero impact on ccTLDs, especially those that are established.
In theory ccTLDs could be affected by new geoTLDs so we could imagine .de competing with new strings such as .berlin or .bremen. But I'm not worried for ccTLDs. Even if regional extensions get any traction, there is still enough room for .de.
