PoleDancer dot us - Will Video help?

I currently own the domain PoleDancer dot Us - Pole Dancer - Pole Dancers - Pole Dance Classes - Pole Dance Poles - Pole Dancing

Now It ranks on the first page of Yahoo for term pole dancer and Im please about this but it doesnt appear to be anywhere near the top pages in Google.

So Today I have added Three Pole Dancing Videos onto the site and resubmitted it to Google, Yahoo, and rest and Im wondering, Do you think that now there is Video and content on the site it might Rank better?

Has anyone else had any luck with putting video onto there minisite to help them rank better?

If your video can get more inbound links then it can help in ranking your web page higher. Simply adding the videos, i guess cannot make any difference. Another thing you've mentioned is "re-submitted it to google and others". You dont really have to re-submit your site again and again if you make any changes. Search Engines automatically update the status of your site by indexing it.

Just make sure the videos you add are of hot chicks doing the pole dancing, not some dudes or just as quickly you get the extra visitors, you'll probably lose them just as quick!

Incoming links facilitated by the video will help. However, large amounts of relevant text information is hard to beat when it comes to search rankings. The best way to maximize a video's impact on search results is to have a video that people talk about it (in text form). If the video exists on your site, and other people are talking about it and linking to it, that would yield maximum effect.
