The .info makes the domain itself relatively worthless, but it would be a great name to develop and get some poker traffic and you could see that mid XXX.

low XX without development.

Personally, I'd say reg fee without development.

However, I do think you should go with your idea to develop. Concentrate on UK poker, as the domain suggests, and you'll have a much better shot with it. By concentrating on just UK poker, you'll somewhat avoid competing directly with all the other generic poker info sites. Find some good UK sites for backlinks, get some UK casino affiliates, I think you could fare very well with the domain. The value of your site developed would be very difficult to even ballpark. As long as you make a nice and USEFUL site (very important), you should do rather well and should definitely be able to make a nice amount of profit.
