Since this is a 2-word .NET domain, I think low $x,xxx is mostly the high end of retail pricing. Of course, it's a lucrative niche -- poker -- so someone might be willing to pay more. But that largely depends on the .COM owner's asking price.
I think a conservative pricing strategy would be to put a "buy now" price on the domain somewhere between $500 and $1,500.
Sales are never guaranteed, of course. Domainers will offer next to nothing.
