The site realizes moderate search engine traffic of around 1200 unique visitors monthly, all organic traffic with no advertising or other forms of internet promotion. PokerGreed.com is a unique poker blog with several attractive features for prospective buyers. The site has been established since March of 2005, with monetization of the site taking place over the last four months. Perhaps the most attractive feature of the site for a prospective buyer is the hands-off approach the site allows. Several months ago I posted an offer to prospective poker authors that would accommodate them to blog freely on the site. I received a significant response and selected a couple of authors to post. Additionally, I placed a link on the site advertising free blogs on PokerGreed.com. In fact, a new author was added over the weekend and will begin posting next week. This allows the owner to post as frequently as desired, but still have fresh content on a regular basis.
Reason for selling: I believe the site has a lot of potential for further growth and I have many ideas for the site’s improvement. However, as a result of my profession and the financial rewards of actually playing poker (rather than writing about playing) I lack the time to take PokerGreed.com to the next level.
