Are you sure there would be trademark issues with Cola?
Coca-cola, coke-cola, coke, pepsi, pepsi-cola etc would have TM issues, but not the word Cola on its own surely???

I don't believe Cola is trademarkable.

From Dictionary.com:
A carbonated soft drink containing an extract of the cola nut and other flavorings.

USPTO.gov (search for Cola:
728 Records(s) found that have the word cola in them.

I think this is a great domain, but will not comment on a value due to it's ext...Because I really have NO idea!

I emailed both Pepsi and Coca-cola 2 days ago offering the domain for sale, as yet I've had no reply. If there was any problem with TM issues they would have been on to me straight away I guess.....
I'm sure that it is too much of a well used word to be trademarked.... there must be hundreds of products associated with the word Cola..... cola-cubes, cola-bottles, cola-drinks, cola-nuts, etc
Same goes for word.co.in. Some people have been telling me that I will have problems with Microsoft because they have 'word' as a trademark, but this is a well used dictionary word and provided I don't try and associate it with microsoft I am sure that I will be ok....?...
Next, people will be suggesting that I will have TM issues with Van..... by either Ford (Transit), VW (Camper) or that well known sports gear and trainer manufacturer 'Vans'! The line has to be drawn somewhere!
