I was wondering what you thought the value of these two poker domains would be:

pokerchampionship.us

I like them, although the term "Poker Championship" alone is not very common (usually prefaced with a specific event, place).
Are you the owner of the plural "Poker Championships", as I think this equally if not more valuable.
Upper $XXX price unless you can find a major organization looking to develop a big tournament.
