While the name is good, the extension does not fit the name. I would say low XX, IMHO.

"Poker" and "Cards" ... great. But where you lose me is when you get to the .biz. Then you add in the fact that you have no conent developed for the site, it has no backend promotion (listed in search engines, links, etc.) and you've got me walking out the door.

I'm sorry but I think as it is, the domain is probably worth the reg fee. Spend some time building it up and maybe you've got something. Maybe you can sell unique poker cards and for additional content, (text heavy = your friend with google) give poker advice.
