Can someone give me an idea of what this is worth?

The site comes with free lifetime hosting, and the license from poker profit.
All the owner needs to do is send players to the site. We have an established player base of 92 players. The site generates a few hundred $ a month, and has been open for a little over 6 months now.
Poker Profit sends a check to the owner (me) on the 15th of every month.
We are constantly getting more players, and our profits continue to increase.

Cost to operate this site per month is $0.00
Average check each month is betwween $200-$300
The arrangemnt with the Poker Profit company is, they give lifetime hosting, License, and handle all costs with payment proccessing, etc. All The owner does is send players to the site. We have 92 + players right now (Not all are real money players), with little effort promoting. (Havent even used adwords yet)
You can view detailed statistics on your back office, including Clickthrus, affiliates, Net Rake, Net earnings, Referring sites, Monthly and total , etc.
The check each month comes from "Allied Diamond Group"
The potential is huge. In our first month we made over $200 from only 2 Real MOney players!!
I am the owner of the site, and the owner is allowed to sell, rent or lease the site.

Some poker rooms with a few hundred real money players make thousands daily. I have been offered over $20,000 for the site, and someone bid on an auction for it for about $6000 , but then backed out when stormpay locked their account, sue to the ponzi scheme they were running.

As far as i know, there are some shareholders on that site.

I do have some silent partners, yes. I am the sole owner of the site as far as legally, however.

lot of people put lot of money in that site and now you are willing to sale the site?
is the customer intrested in buying the site aware that he will have to share the profits with all the shareholders?
and what about shareholders that receive the revenues from you?

I think this is not good.

If I were to sell the site "WERE" the partners I have would be involved in the profit made.

Im just asking for an estimate on the value of the business, from people who do this alot (People on this forum)
