I made this template myself for phpbb. I am willing to sell a few copies for those who have poker or card forums. I can replace the header to anything you would like.
I can also include my special version of phpbb which has an enormous amount of excellent mods/hacks installed including the bookie betting system and casino. It's about 100 hours of work I have placed total on the template and forums software alone. The phpbb version is 2.0.15 which is the latest version.

Inactive User checker
Advanced User Search (you can search via email, IP, date, group and a few others)
Force New Email (in case a user has invalid email you can force the account to have limited access until they update their email address)
Merge Topics
SEO Plus (excellent mod_rewrite and other tricks to optimize the site for SE's)
Currently 360forum.com and PSPforums.com both use this version. Google has over 20k pages for pspf and 4k for 360f. Saturation is excellent with the changes I have made. Some are custom changes.
I have also w3c and css validated the top 3 pages index, viewforum and viewtopic.
