I saw this one available and took it right away. I see some value in it since points could relate to credit card points with the extension.

Appraisals would be greatly appreciated :).

sorry but about 1h ago you started another appraisal for omg.cc http://www.namepros.com/showthread.php?t=161256 and we all dutifully responded.. .now you're back saying I reg'ed this one also, there 10's of thousands of .cc domains unregistered are you planning on reg'ing one by one and then posting a thread for appraisal?

last apraisal for today for you :/ reg fee...

Maroulis I don't understand why my posts have annoyed you so much. I believe I've posted 3 domains to be appraised in the last 2 days. I try to appraise atleast a couple domains for each one I post.

And I was thinking it is higher than reg fee because people often associate CC extensiosn with credit cards (credit card points).

so your reasoning is creditcardpoints or ccpoints.com is worst than points.cc? for all those who speculate .cc no it doesn't stand for credit card ... just because .tv is starting to pickup and recognized as TV after major lobbying (elequa and others) doesn't mean that all ccTLDs will have to have a meaning....

if you sell it > reg fee let me know...!

Theres no real demand for a dn of this type right now, so Id say regular fee.

I'd say registration fee, maybe $20 maximum, but hold on to it. It's a plural word and it's .cc extension, neither which are very attractive, but the value of .cc domains could increase in the future (it will never have the worth of a .com/.net/.org but if you want to make an extra $30 hold on to it).

I dont recommend you to start regging .cc UNLESS you are regging them dirt cheap and selling immediately with a fair margin.

If someone develops this properly then yes you could make a fair chunk of change off it.

Personally I think you could throw up a site that shows all the extra points you can get from different credit cards.

i'll say low xx

maroulis is right on his place - that please do not post more than one appraisal a day, that is againt the rule simple as that :)

Maroulis: you can never say what the end-user thinks about the domain they might end up paying xxx for this domain ...

There is a saying that if you can't say something nice then it is better not to say anything ... so please to keep peace ... if you dont like the post report it but please donot post something negative unless it is extremely needed :)

This and Marouli's advice are worth taking note of, X_GuardiaN_X.

I like your domain, but you've got to think about the market beforehand. Of course you may sell this one to an end user and make a good profit margin, but .CC's are not worth the effort, IMHO.

i agree. if it were only a .com you hit the jackpot.

Just like Maroulis says.... .cc domains are essentially unregged..

Meaning that there are LOADS of "good" names to register but they are barely worth reg fee at present as the domain has no profile....and will never top .com .org or .nets

lucky to see reg fee IMHO

.CC is not a .CreditCard

This domain is worth about $20 - $30 right now, since it sounds nice with the .cc

Put it on eBay and you should have some bids.

Remember NOT to add Reps to me. Adding Reps for Appraisals is pointless.

Rom, I'm aware that CC doesn't mean credit card (coco islands I believe?). I'm just saying that it would be more brandable in a sense with a credit card theme since people would remember it more easily.

And I've never bothered trying to sell domains on ebay, is there much interest for domains on there?

Points.cc WEll, i wouldn't go down the CC = credit card road, but you never know. Points is a popular word and if .cc takes off you could still turn a nice little profit.

reg fee - low XX atm

Good Luck.

This domain isn't the best, but why are you flaming guardian so bad? You're not being forced to appraise. I don't wanna push anyones buttons, but everyone just relax.
