My area

I guess I'm an expert here. I own about 30 to 40 "poetry" domain names. I make parking money on some but ZERO on most. My flagship website is LovePoetry.com with 5,000,000 page impressions a month. I have about 80,000 submitted poems on that web site.

Poetry.XXX is only valuable if it is developed. That is a very BIG job. I have been continually working on LovePoetry.com since 1997. I have seen several poetry web sites close down. They don't sellout- they just cease to be active.

Poetry.XX is neat, especially to poets in that country. But .cc (Cocos (Keeling) Islands) is a very limited set of poets.

I don't think anyone buys a .CC domain thinking that it's for the Cocos Islands. That's just my opinion. The CC domains that have sold for nice sums weren't sold with Cocos Island customers in mind.

GreatDomains.com lists .cc's like this. I'd give that a shot.

Maybe I'll them a shot. I have 2 domains that I have to fax in the paperwork for now with them... gotta do that!

If great domains accepted it, it must be good. Poetry.xxx, by itself must be desirable... independent of any extension. My apology.
