PodCast/WebCast Web Designer Needed

I need to commission someone to create a website design, setup, and some graphics for a podcast webcast I'm trying to start.
(Also needs advise on what else I need and what I don't need)

I'm new to all of this. I've been reading how a podcast works.. Never really downloaded a podcast before but I think I get the basics.

-Home/News (Comment Enable)
-Mission/Project (Static Website. Admin Edit only)
-Media (1.PodCast/VideoCast/Blog 2. Have the option to download the media directly on to their pc, devices or play from the website directly 3. Comment Enable 4. Will automatically feed to iTunes or other podcast website 5. I need to be able to upload information directly and securely)
-Contact (Info about us and donations site.. statics website. Admin edit only)
-Advertise (Static website. Admin Edit only)

(Sent to Faceebook|Myspace|Hi5 etc| Tweet option, Share with Friend(Email),

Possible Live Feed Radio as feature enhancements
