Let me clarify everything that just happened:

The auction was ongoing. $315 was the highest bid. I received an offer via PM for BIN $350. As I had mentioned in the description that it can end via a BIN, I ended the auction by posting 'SOLD.'

Mistakes I made, and what I learnt,

1. Never post SOLD yourself. It is the buyer who has to post SOLD on the thread.

2. I saw some post auction threads on Namepros, that had their details erased and just written 'SOLD' everywhere. I thought since I completed a sale via PM, let me do the same. So, I deleted the description and everything. NEVER DO THAT. (._.')

3. Abide by the T&C.

4. Never make a private sale while the auction is ongoing.

I apologise for the inconvenience caused to the bidders. I messed this up a lot. Sorry for that! This won't be repeated ever:

NEVER make a private sale during auction. NEVER post SOLD on behalf of the buyer!

Again, I'm sorry. I messed up this auction! :(
seriously take your stupid domain, and just get lost, your a waste of time

rules are not something you make up on your own in your first post. rules are something you read and follow on namepros.

thus, just becaue u said in top post auction ends with highest bid or BIN by pm.. does not mean it is allowed.

and it is not.

in order for your auction to end with a BIN, you must post that bin on the auction thread, and then after you do it, someone must write (ON THREAD): "sold" or "sold bin".

I hope you are now more knowledgable with rules of auctions on this site, and that I helped you and your next aucitons will be much more smooth for you and your bidders.

take care.

Thanks a lot! I mentioned the BIN price as $350 on the same day. But, I deleted it yesterday after the sale was made. My mistake. I apologise for that! :(

Until the rules of the auction are followed wwwweb, Friday at 8:30 AM $315 is stil the leader and this auction is still running until either

96 hours ends
Seller openly posts a bin with the $ value in the thread and updates their original post and buyer posts sold in the thread AFTER seller posts in the thread

Thank you
Michelle

This bid can stand as the highest but not at a bin so if you would like to honour this .. this is where the auction is at this point with another 96 hours to go or seller posts a new bin

So, @rubber2002 is the highest bidder right now, right? Okay! The auction will end if no further bids have been received after 96 hours.

That is correct and if you make a new bin it must be posted clearly in the thread
