Sellers can "bump up" a post a certain amount of times in a day to make their thread the latest post in a forum/section, which makes it visible to more people, this is done by writing a post, and "up" is the quickest post there is for that purpose. Back when forums were more popular BUMP was common (Bump Up My Post).
