Hmmm...not sure where you're getting that data. I'm showing exactly 480 results for "plugin exe" or "plugin.exe". Also, it appears to have low ppc of $0.05 so you'd need to rely on something other than adsense for the best(any?) results. There was a reported sale of this exact domain for $200 a couple years ago, but I'm not sure why or where it was sold.
If I were to give an estimate without any prior sale data I'd say $0-reg fee. But, apparently it is/was worth $200 to someone so it could still be worth up to that amt in theory...although I wouldn't bet on it. If you have a good idea for the domain go ahead & develop it - doesn't hurt to try! Best of luck.

Okay, now I realize you were referring to the # of Google results - not the # of times people search for it in Google (which is a much better indicator of a domain's value). Most of the time people are excited about the # of "exact" results (particular when it's in 10s of thousands), they are referring to search volume, not Google results. That said, I'm gonna have to stand by my original appraisal. Again, good luck
