now i see that this domain have more then 4000 old 404 pages

how i can redirect all this pages to my new homepage ??

You should place this code in your .htaccess file for every page on your old domain:

[COLOR="Red"]redirect 301 /old/page1.htm http://www.new-domain.com/page1.htm[/COLOR]
