I would delete disneyfever.com right away. Its a trademark violation and you wont win in Court. This domain will COST you money!

The second one is 'ok'.. but they dont really mix very well. I dont see any value here.

"tomato - tomahto!" Disney is still a TM issue with The Walt Disney company, and, as stated before, you will lose in court, and any fees (wasted) to contest such. Drop it.

OK, I'm not going to say I'm an authority on this, so if you feel safer deleting the domain, then do so. However, I've seen many sites relating to trademarked names. For example hondafit.com, honda-fit.info. I friend of min e also used to have MasdaRX8. In this particular case she was contacted by Mazda and warned that it was trademarked. But they still paid her $2500 for it.
