Forums are usually subject-specific. Forums about a disease, forums about domaining, forums about programming in a particular language, ... you get the idea.
Teamwork is too vague for it to describe the topic of a forum. Maybe a forum on joint ventures? But there are a lot of sites -- too many sites -- for angel investors and business partners to meet each other already. They're a lot more glossy than regular forums too.
So with TeamworkForum.com, you'd have to treat it like a brandable name for some other, more specific topic.
That means little resale value. But it's a memorable name. I can imagine someone developing a forum and using it to good effect. I'm just not sure they'd buy it at a premium.
